Keep getting stuck

Keep getting stuck like this. I have un-installed it numerous of time and this still happens. Not being able to pass levels because of it

Not able to connect to the App Store is a known issue and is affecting other players too! But, I am so sorry to hear that you have installed the game because of that glitch😕

I would suggest you to sent a complaint to the King Player Support team. You can do this from your game itself by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) you see in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down to "Technical & connection issues" and click on it;
• Select any suitable option and click to open it;
• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and send your compliant.
