App froze/crashed and I lost gold bars/lives
Please help… I just bought 10 gold bars to extend my game play, and the app froze. I restarted the app, and still had the gold bars, but had lost a life. Then the same thing happened a second time in a row. This time I restarted my phone too, and when I reopened the app, I had lost those 10 gold bars as well as a life. I had to buy another 10 bars. Please restore my 10 gold bars as well as 2 lives to my daily allotment!

When the game crashed, were you in middle of Candy Royale Race? Did you open the game on 2 devices at the same time?
What are the devices do you use to play the game? Which version of the App do you have right now on your phone?
