Candy Royal Challenges

Sometimes when playing the candy Royal challenge I win the level game but it's still bouncing me out, what causes this? It is frustrating 😒

To find the App version on your Android phone, please follow these steps⬇️

Open the Play Store on your phone;
In the Search bar (at the top of the screen), type "Candy Crush Saga";
You will get some results with Candy Crush Saga;
Click on one of the results (do not click Play as it will open the game);
In the next screen, scroll down a bit till you see "What's New";
You should a right arrow —> just next to "What's new";
Scroll down till you see "More Info";
Just below to that, you will see "Game Info". That's where, you will see version number.

I have seen multiple complaints about this issue and I was enquiring with our Community In-charge.

So, I found out that, this glitch usually happens when we open and/or play the game on a secondary device simultaneously at the same time.

By any chance, did you open the game on 2 devices at the same time?

If not, please reply back with your device details and I will report the issue.
