First, open Candy Crush Saga on your device. Then, tap on the 'Settings' icon, usually found in the lower-left corner of the screen. Next, choose 'Profile' and you'll see your current profile picture. Here, you can tap on the picture to change it.

Few months ago, the option to change our Profile picture was removed from the game. That's why, you are not seeing the Camera icon on your profile page. Please find more information in the announcement posted by our Community In-charge —> HERE

If you are logged into the game with Facebook, you can change your profile picture on Facebook webpage.

If you are logged in with King (email) account, you can download one of the small games (Ex: Blossom Blast Saga, etc.,) and change your Avatar through that game.
