I can’t play any levels it’s completely not working it doesn’t allow me to press anything on screen (iPhone) it’s been like it for three days and I e tried to delete and reinstall and it still isnt working

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the "Grey screen" glitch in your game! Unfortunately, the Candy Studio is not able to send a fix as they are not able to reproduce this glitch on their end!
We did receive some complaints about this issue. But for all those players, the glitch was resolved on it's own! For some, it took just a day or two; and for some players - it took about a week! If you would have asked this question before deleting your game, I would have advised you not to reinstall, but wait for few more days🙃
If you have access to another device, you can check and see if the game is accessible there (usually, you won't be able to)!! It is worth a try, so that you won't lose your Daily Treat Machine bonus, etc.,
Hopefully, the glitch will be cleared quickly and you will get access to the game soon!

Sorry to hear about your issues and would like to tell you that you shouldn't uninstall and reinstall your game, as it could cause to lose your game progress. However, which game you are talking about? You can get in touch with King internal support team by clicking on this "?"Option from game and it will take you to the page where you will find an option called technical issues, click on that and you will see initial guidelines has given there just follow them and see what happen.
