Hello @snatcher Welcome to the community!
King change the difficulty of some levels every week. We think that there is an automated system to label the levels according to how many players passed or failed, but this system runs a little behind time, so sometimes levels do appear to carry the wrong label after they have been manipulated. If you find level 1189 hard then maybe in two or three weeks time the labelling will get changed automatically.
