It seems like this could be an issue from Facebook side! If possible, I would suggest you contact Facebook and seek their assistance. If that is not possible, then, you should contact King Player Support team.

You can send your complaint following below steps⬇️

• Open the game;
• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down to "Technical & Connection Issues" and click on it;
• Select the 2nd option "What can I do when I lose connection in the game" and click on it;
• Check if any of the steps provided there help to clear the issue;
• If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form with suitable "topic" choices and submit your complaint.
