Some players are experiencing this glitch with the Chocolate Box for some unknown reason! The Candy Team is aware about this issue and are working on a fix.
What did you mean by “How do I restart without loosing all my games”?
At present, if the screen is frozen, all you can do is restart the App. But, first, take a screenshot of your Chocolate box to collect the rewards. Then, follow this —> Close the game — restart your device — reopen the game. With these steps, you should not lose any of your game progress.
