MUSIC CONTEST CANDY CRUSH SODA at 10 can't progress like this.

My Google Play store purchase debited from my checking account #GPA.3315-0015-5168-07754 and #GPA.3367-5473-6216-45815 shows activated in game under Season Pass but is not applied to lives.

Also, the screen was looking at no more switches available OOPS. Using up a life each time.

These purchases are time implemented and I can't use them. IT needs to address.

I need a refund if you cannot adjust it.

    Hello @crunched Welcome to King Community. Sorry to hear about your issues. For purchase related issues you should get in touch with King customer support and you will find it in game itself. Click on your My Account/Profile and you will see some options, among them click on "?" This and it will take you to the page where you will see a questions and answers. Go through with them and pick the right one which match your issues and follow the instructions. Thanks

    The lives in your game did not become 8 and they are still showing as 5? If so, I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and send a complaint about the glitch.

    Since you are on mobile device, please follow below steps to send your complaint⬇️

    • Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
    • Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
    • Go down to "Purchases" and click on it;
    • Select a suitable option and click to open it;
    • Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us';
    • Fill the form and submit your complaint.

    You will be receiving an automated email, which is just an acknowledgement. Send a reply through that automated email and include all the details WRT purchase issue. An agent will be contacting you soon.

    NOTE: Sometimes, the ? icon stays inactive on Android devices! If that happens to you, all you can do is to close the App and restart your device.

    Are you seeing an "Oops" pop-up in a level? If so, which level is it?

    Is it appearing every time you try to play the level? Can you please post a screenshot of that level - after you click on Play and opening the game board?
