I can not pass 7233..it shorts me out with a error message OOPS target levels not available. Please

Just checked the level on YouTube and I have realized that the level has "Magic Spinners" - which is the source of blockers! The Magic Spinners produce the Sugar Coat, Frosting blockers. If you destroy those way ahead of time, you will get the message pop-up "targets not available".

When you try the level next time, try not to destroy the Spinners and you will win the level.
