Level # 97? Did you just start playing Candy Crush Saga?
Have you been collecting boosters from Booster wheel and Daily Treat Machine? Those are the best sources to earn free boosters! I do not know when you will receive other special features like Chocolate Box, Season Pass, etc.,

Do you still have the 50 gold bars the game gave you? If you are at level 97 of Candy Crush Saga then you would need to still have the gold and some boosters. The game usually gives me 3 UFOs and one Party Popper by this level. There are some events this early in the game that will give players some free boosters and one of them may have popped up in your game this morning. There is also Season Pass which starts on a Tuesday for all players on mobile devices. If you can't get to the top tier of Season Pass playing new levels scroll back to an easy old level to get to the top of Season Pass.
If you fail a level this early on in the game, do not use boosters or gold. Try a failed level again until the game gives you the chances on the board to help you to pass. Every level up to about level 180 should be possible to pass with no boosters at all. Untick the starting boosters and save those up for levels beyond 200, when the game gets difficult. Save your gold bars up for legendary levels which start at 215.
If you have no boosters or gold by level 97 I strongly recommend deleting the app then reinstall and start again.
