My game is not letting me watch ad to get extra help. And not letting me get the extra help when passing levels and not losing. What is going on the Candy Crush Saga?

So don't be upset although ads are placed randomly for test purposes and if you are not getting/seeing ads in your game means you are not listed for the test list but don't worry you may will see ads in future. Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
