If I clear the apps memory I can maybe play one game untill it freezes again. I have 76GB free memory on my phone btw.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing "Grey Screen" in your game!
Unfortunately, some players are experiencing this glitch for some unknown reason!! When the Candy team investigates the issue, they are not able to reproduce the issue, hence they cannot send a fix to this glitch!!
Good thing is, this glitch clears out on it's own (out of the Blue, just like it appeared)! I have seen many players that came in with this issue and it is the same for all those players! Only difference is, for some players, it took a day or two to fix the issue, and for some, it took a week!
I am sorry that you have reinstalled your game, which caused you lose all your saved boosters and stored lives😕
Would you mind sending a complaint to the King Player Support team? If you can, please follow below steps⬇️
You will be receiving an automated email as an acknowledgement. Please send a reply through that email and add the screenshot as well.
This way, they will record the issue and the more players report the issue, the better it will be for the team to find a fix!
