Game freezes

Hello all,

The game freezes (kinda) right after loading. The screen is dark with movement but I can't click on anything.

Any ideas?

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing "Grey Screen" in your game!

Unfortunately, some players are experiencing this glitch for some unknown reason!! When the Candy team investigates the issue, they are not able to reproduce the issue, hence they cannot send a fix to this glitch!!

Good thing is, this glitch clears out on it's own (out of the Blue, just like it appeared)! I have seen many players that came in with this issue and it is the same for all those players! Only difference is, for some players, it took a day or two to fix the issue, and for some, it took a week!

I am sorry that you have reinstalled your game, which caused you lose all your saved boosters and stored lives😕

Would you mind sending a complaint to the King Player Support team? If you can, please follow below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) you see at the bottom left corner of the game home screen;
• Click on ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down to "Technical & Connection Issues" and click on it;
• Select the first topic "Why is game crashing/freezing" and click on it;
• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form with closest choices and submit your complaint.

You will be receiving an automated email as an acknowledgement. Please send a reply through that email and add the screenshot as well.

This way, they will record the issue and the more players report the issue, the better it will be for the team to find a fix!

Hope the Grey screen clears up soon and you will get back into the game quickly🤞
