My game froze up on level 1429 making me lose my strike and extras what can I do

Did your game freeze when you were in middle of the level or with the Top That feature?
If you were in middle of level, were you watching the Ad that caused the freeze or was it something else?
Which device are you using to play the game? If using a mobile device, which version of the App do you have right now?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
