메뉴얼에는 자동적용으로 되있는데  왜 사용이안돼죠?

Why  사용이 안돼요? 왜 그런걸까요 ??

* Open the receipt you have received from Google Play and tap "Report a problem"
* If you don’t have the email receipt then use this direct link. 
* Scroll down to Order History and click on Report a problem

Candy Crush Co., Ltd. exchanged it for a coupon with Google Point, which was collected from Google Play.

However, the explanation said that it would be applied automatically, but I'm inquiring because it's not used at all.

Is there any way to use the two coupons we currently have?

It's a waste. Please help me use it
