I have used 3 UFOs for a task to get 30 gold but it is showing as if i used only 1 i bought 3 ufos vut didnt get the gold whyyyy ?????!!!

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game with the Chocolate Box tasks! The Candy Studio team is aware about this issue and they are investigating it.

But, in the meantime, for your lost purchased items and to get the compensation from the Gold Chocolate Box, players are advised to reach out to Player support directly from the game app by following below steps⬇️

• Open the game app and go to the settings menu (Pink Cogwheel/gear icon);
• Tap on the "?" icon and select the topic of the issue.
• Go down to "Technical & Connection Issues" and click on it;
• Select any suitable option and open it;
• Scroll down all they and click on "Contact Us" option at the bottom of the page and provide details about the issue.

Initially, you will receive an automated email, which is normal after sending any complaint! Please do not delete it and send a reply through that email itself and explain the issue. Also, if you have any screenshots, proof of purchases, please submit those through that email.

An agent should be contacting you soon (72 hours max)! If you do not hear from anybody after 2 days, please send a reminder email (through that first automated email) and inform them that you are still waiting for their assistance.
