Hello @Ccallstars Mildly put it is useless information. Seen in the light of all other King tricks to make us use and/or buy boosters and goldbars, it is making us afraid of losing the level while that may not even happen. And in case of a level you just can't beat without Extra Moves (the number of these levels increase as the game progresses) you can call this 'warning' a bad joke, if not flat out malicious pleasure.
