Did you save the game before either with Facebook or King (email) account? Can you show me a screenshot of your game map?

Hola! Si, perdí mi progreso al formatear el tlf. No había cerrado sesión. Después de formatear el tlf e instalar la aplicación de nuevo, no conseguí encontrar. Gracias

Just for my clarification…. you lost your game progress on the phone you regularly use?
Did you make sure that you are logged into the game? In King Saga games, if we are logged out of the game, it thinks we are a new player and hence, starts us from level # 1.
