I worked so hard on the 2nd knockouts and I did it!! With 5minutes left on the clock, I got 300 orange candies where I only needed 80 to secure 3rd place!! BUT THEN, the game glitched as it was counting up my points for the level. App froze. Once it unfroze, time had passed and I was disqualified. So heartbreaking. And I spent money!!

Hello @rickyspindor Welcome to King Community. Sorry to hear about it. It's really heart broken but I think you will get second chance to play the Music Tournament. It will be started after 9hrs 44mints, just check back and see if you can enter the tournament or not. Best of luck. Thanks

Do you have any idea why the App might have frozen? I have been seeing complaints that a purchase froze the game or while watching the Ads! But, none while the candies are being counted!!
I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and request to reimburse your money back! I am not sure how successful you would be, but it is worth a try🤞
