I made a purchase for 10 gold bars and the purchase went through. It gave the bars the game froze and my bars disappeared.
I will also report this issue to our Community In-charge!

We have been receiving complaints about game crashing after making a purchase! But, the solution varies with the feature they are playing! Hence, I needed to make sure if you were playing Candy Royale, etc.,
I would suggest you to send a complaint to King Player Support team by following below steps⬇️
Once you send your complaint, you will be receiving an automated email, which is a norm. Please send a reply through that email and include as many details as possible. If you have any screenshots, please include those in your reply. You should hear back from an agent within 72 hours (max). If you do not receive any reply within 2 days, please send a reminder reply through that automated email and inform them that you are still waiting to be helped.
No. I was trying to get more moves. It was 200 or 255 plus the train bonus. I purchased the bars and it showed me 19 bars but it froze. I had to close the app and come back. The bars were gone and my game was over.
@eaglechick could you please answer to @PummyRaj ? I got it that you are using cell phone to play your game but what is the name of your cell phone and if you have updated your cell phone or not. Please let us know so that we can try to define your issue in better way? Thanks

Yeah! I am aware that when the game crashes like this, the Gold Bars won't appear even if you log out of the game!
Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game?
