I am sorry to hear that you lost your game progress!
Did you save the game either with Facebook or King account on your old phone? If so, after downloading the game on your new phone, did you log back by using same account details?
If you did not try it yet, please do that and let me know if it worked or not! OR if you did not save your game at all on your old phone, let me know that also.
