Why do you think someone is using your account? Is it your Facebook that was hacked or do you see a different person's image on your game map screen?
If you are sure that your game is hacked, the best thing to do is to change your password first. Then, contact King Player Support team to help you with restoring your game progress to a different account.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
