every-time i have tried to play today, it gets to the map, screen darkens and then nothing happens. i have managed to play on my mobile once this afternoon. this happens on both my desktop via Facebook and mobile. it was fine yesterday.

I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing the infamous “grey screen” issue🙁
More players have been experiencing this issue since past couple of weeks! Unfortunately, Candy game team is not able to send in a fix as they cannot reproduce the issue on their side, which makes it hard for the to figure out the cause for the glitch!!
Good thing is, this glitch is temporary and will clear by itself within a day or two (max I saw was 6 days)! Hopefully, the Grey screen will disappear from your game as well and you will be able to play the game again within a day or two!!
Would you mind sending a complaint to the King Player Support team, so that they can record your complaint? Hopefully, the more complaints the game team receives the quicker they can investigate🤞

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
