What did you do before it started working🤩 May be you can repeat those steps again!!
But, from all the complaints I have seen till now, the glitch does not clear in couple of hours. It takes from a day to a week for the grey screen to become normal!
Nobody knows why this glitch occurs and whom it affects😕 The Candy team is aware about this glitch, but they could not send a fix as they are not able to produce this glitch on their end!!
But, if you could, please send a complaint to the King Player Support team! This way, they will record your compliant and once the Studio sees quiet a number of complaints, they will try to investigate it!
