Game not retrieving my Progress!!!

I recently reinstalen candy crush on my phone and everytime I try to retrieve my Facebook Progress, Facebook jeeps showing a page not found Message and I am unable to retrieve. I have tried all the troubleshooting Solutions but none work, is there any way to link my Progress in Facebook to my Kingdom account and maybe then retrieve my Progress?
