Please follow below steps to send your complaint to King Player Support team⬇️

Open the App (do not click on play to go to map screen);
Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) located in the bottom left corner of game "Home" screen;
Click on ? icon in Settings window;
Scroll down to "Technical & Connection issues" and click on it;
Select "My game is crashing & freezing" and click on it;
Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" button;
Fill the form with correct choices at "Topic" and "Subtopic";
Explain about the issue in "Tell us what you need" and Submit the form.

You will be receiving an automated email, which is the initial email. Please do send a reply through that automated email and explain the issue along with a screenshot of your game map screen.

An agent will be contacting you in 72 hours(max)! Even if they do not reply back to you, please don't worry about it as they cannot send a fix anyway! It's only the game Studio team that have to figure out why this glitch is troubling few players! But, by the time you receive a reply, I am sure that your game starts working again🤞

You are experiencing the "Grey screen" glitch!!

Do you have access to a mobile phone to play the game? I don't think you will be able to play on it either! But, you can try and see!

Unfortunately, none of the troubleshooting steps will help you to resolve the issue😢 But, this glitch will resolve by itself within a day or two (sometimes, it takes a week)!! If it is possible, I would request you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team as they can record your complaint.

Please let me know if you need assistance to send your complaint.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

When you said "frozen" - do you see a Grey screen and you are not able to click on anything? If not, can you please explain what is going on?

Thank you for report it , In the meantime , Please complete the following steps and let me know if they do not resolve the issue:

Force close all apps and restart your device, making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds.
Check if your device needs to be updated to the latest operating system (via settings) and please also check for any updates for the game app (in your app Store).
