how can I get fix for chocolate box connection issue? It comes up every time I play and I can’t claim the prize. This is very annoying and frustrating. Love the game and can’t wait for this gremlin to go.This has been happening every time I play.

If so then restart your phone and check back, please make sure your device is updated and have enough storage. Thanks

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the Chocolate Box! This is a known glitch and the Candy team is aware about it. They are working on a fix but, it is taking a lot longer than they expected to clear the glitch!! We have a discussion about it —> HERE.
In the meantime, players are advised to contact King Player Support team and request for their missing reward. Please follow below steps to send your complaint⬇️ (to be followed on App version game)
You will be receiving an automated email after you send your complaint. Please send a reply through that email itself. If you have any screenshots, please attach them in that email. An agent should be contacting you within 72 hours(max). But, if you did not receive any reply within 2 days, please send another reminder. Somebody should contact you soon.
