My elderly mum's tablet is an Asus T100, CPU Z3740 @1.33 GHz, installed RAM 2.00GB, 32 bit operating system, x64-based processor, Windows 10 Home, over 5GB of memory left. A few weeks ago when starting up Candy Crush Saga to play, it started to load but came up with this message "New Version-Oops! Update to the latest game version for the sweetest fun!" and "UPDATE". I updated it via the Microsoft store which then said it's all up to date, restarted the tablet, opened Candy Crush Saga again but it still only went as far as the message to update. I've tried updating it about 10 more times but on opening up Candy Crush Saga it still says to update and won't load any further. Does anyone have any idea as to why Candy Crush still thinks it needs to update? Playing this game is one of the few things she enjoys doing on her tablet so any advice would be appreciated.
