How can I recover my mom's progress?

MMy mom had a problem with her Facebook which disabled it and I would like to recover the account because I was already at level 8730, can someone help me?

You will have to contact King Player Support team to restore the game progress.
Is your mom playing the game on Facebook browser (Chrome / Edge, etc.,) OR on a mobile device?
