I purchased a booster pack through the app using my Google play balance. I have not received any of the purchase. I have restarted my phone, closed and opened the app, cleared my data and even contacted Customer Service who has not responded back to me yet. It was a $86 purchase and to not have any help or assistance is devastating. Can anyone help please ?

- Open the receipt you have received from Google Play and tap "Report a problem"
- If you don’t have the email receipt then use this direct link. Scroll down to Order History and click on Report a problem
