Did you notice that "report problem" at the bottom of the screen? Please click on that and report the issue to Apple Support. They will be able to check what happened and will assist you to resolve the issue.

¿Has notado que aparece "Informar problema" en la parte inferior de la pantalla? Haz clic allí e informa el problema al Soporte técnico de Apple.
