So, I was having an issue where every time I opened the game to play, the screen would immediately go gray and wouldn’t respond to my touch. I read that I should save my progress, then delete the app, then reinstall the app and that should fix the problem. However, when I reinstalled the app and opened it, it started me on level 11 but the number of gold bars I had remained the same. I also still have my 6000 level badge on my avatar. What should I do? I’m not going back through all of those levels after years of playing.
