Yeah occasionally we know the answer, but obvious technical errors just require KPS. I have a major issue and am also in the dark on if all the evidence has been received, worried if my messages are being handled appropriately. But posting here ultimately wouldn't do anything unless if someone had special support access. Seeing as we're just players, but King employees, experience and advice is usually all we can offer. Best of a bad situation when support is trying to handle millions of requests.
