Forced close out

I make a purchase and my gold is issued and it keeps closing out the game. It keeps taking me back to the beginning when I continue. If it lets me continue it takes the gold a forces a close out on the jelly. Then, for the past week it's doing weird things. For example it is not keeping track of my wins in a row I had 10 it counted eight and I made it to 12 no gold issued.
