I would suggest you to take few screenshots⬇️
Then, send a complaint to the King Player Support team. If using a mobile device, you can send your complaint directly from your game. Although it is not possible to for them to restore your streak, it is better to report the issue.
If you need assistance sending your complaint, please let me know the device you are using.
