Both my wife & 1 have been making purchase in CandyCrushSaga for months with no problems, but yesterday (11/Oct/24) and today when we try, we log in to our Microsoft account OK but then get "Contact us at Microsoft support

Yes, yes! @duggle I do have exactly the same problem since yesterday! Suddenly on my pc with Windows 11 I couldn't make a purchase anymore! My errorcode was different, but it's obvously the same problem. And it's definitely NOT my paying method, I've checked, and CC on my Android doesn't have this problem.It's NOT PayPal, I have adequate funds like you mentioned and I didn't chance anything at all! Now I'm playong on my Android but I'm not happy. It's straining my eyes too much. And, unfortunately, switching over ment loss of a number of boosters! 😕
