Which level are you playing?
In general, you have to fill the frog's tummy with same colored candies as the frog is โ once the frog is swollen and starts shining, move the frog to a different spot โ as you keep moving the frog, the number at the frog (at the goal on top of the board) will keep reducing.

I was able to play that level. But not sure what level it was around 6551.
