I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team and report the issue. You can send your complaint directly from your game.

• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down to "Technical & Connection issues" and click on it;
• Select appropriate option and click on it;
• Check if any of the tips help you to resolve the issue;
• If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" tab;
• Fill the form and send your complaint.
