What's happening with my gold bars?

Twice now, playing the Champion's Race (the most recent being on level 7205, and, a previous Champion's Race as well), I haven't been rewarded the 35 gold bars that came with winning. As a long time customer of Candy Crush, I have invested a lot of money in your game and, needless to say, I am disillusioned and disappointed at playing (really well) and not receiving the prizes when I win. FYI: I updated the app this morning, thinking that this could be the problem, and there was no change in the total of my gold bars. I am now going to remain on level 7209 until this matter is resolved. Please advise. Sincerely, dlovly

1. Make sure your game is connected to the internet. Sometimes, a quick connection check does the trick!
2. If you've already tried closing and reopening the game, the next step is to reach out to our support team. You can contact them directly through the game's settings menu. Tap on the 'Settings' gear icon, then select 'Help Center' and 'Contact Us.'

When reaching out, it would be super helpful to include:

• Your game ID or the email address associated with your game account.
• The date and approximate time you finished the races.
• A mention that you were expecting your gold bars for finishing first
