How do you have a user pass over 22,000 levels in 7 days when there are only 17,000 and something. It took me 10 years to get to 10,0000. That is a rip off for everyone in my group. I took a screenshot if you need to see it.

You are absolutely right that it is not possible to play 22,000 levels when the game has 17000+ levels!!
There were some glitches with Weekly Race feature before! Hence, we cannot be sure if the player is cheating or it is a display glitch with the feature!! And, I have also noticed that the player does not have a milestone banner either on their profile, which is hard to guess anything!!
It is best to send a complaint to the King Player Support team, so that they can look into this player and take needed action. I am glad that you took a screenshot! This will definitely help the Player Support team to check the player!
