Couldn't claim 50 gold bars

In the blue gem earnings, I have hit the amount to earn 50 gold bars and it said I already claimed. That didn't happen and it's frustrating because I could use the gold bars.

Hi @Kayla2987 Welcome to the Community 🤗 I take it you are talking about Top That, if so that was a lot of levels to play to reach the 50 gold bars. I don't suppose you took a screenshot of where you had reached, did you? You could try contacting King Player Support to see if there is anything they can do for you. If you scroll to the bottom of this page you should see

Click on Contact Us and fill in all the fields and if you did take a screenshot attach that as well. If you do go ahead with this you will receive an automated reply. Just reply to the top of their automated reply explaining again what happened. It could take a few days to get a proper reply and it might not help you but it's worth trying. 🤞
