the season pass i upgraded showed 3 ufos when i bought i only got one

why pls provide the 2 ufos

I haven’t paid much attention to the Golden Pass boosters as I do not purchase that!

If you are sure that you are missing some of the boosters that you are supposed to receive, I would suggest you to send a complaint to King Player Support team.

Since you are on mobile device, please follow below steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) located in the top right corner of Game Map screen;
* Click on the ? Icon in Settings window;
* Scroll down to “My purchases” and click on it;
* You should see an option “did not receive my purchased items.  Click on it;
* Follow the steps provided there.  If none of the information helps with retrieving the missing boosters, please scroll down all the way and click on “Contact Us”;
* Fill the form and submit your complaint.

You might be receiving an automated reply with general tips.  Please send a reply through that automated email and inform the issue as well as provide a screenshot of your purchased receipt.  An agent should be contacting you soon (max 72 hours)!
