Can u help me connect on this Phone to my old account. In candy crush saga. Normally i am in level 16353 but on this Phone it starts from the beginning

I use to be logged with Facebook..but sinds i was suspended from facebook couldn't login any more. Now i have open a new page of Facebook that's way i have problem to play candy crush on the levels that i use to. only to my old phone i can play because im sill connected

Did you make sure that you are logged into the game with the same account you have used on your old phone? Can you post a screenshot of the game map from your new device?
