I was playing level 5168 but it got endless falls of balls and i could not play it stuck in level i can’t do any action, what to do i don’t want to loose my features!

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the cascades loop in your level!
Unfortunately, when we are stuck with this glitch, all you can do is — to quit the level — close the App — restart the device after couple of minutes and retry the level.
This will cause you to lose the win streak and the boosters you receive it from it! But, there is no other any to get out of this glitch 🙁
