I play one episode race a day. I win all 15 levels. It is only showing 74. Should be 75. Please check.

Hello @king260 I would like to congratulate you on your excellent playing strategy: I have found that playing exactly one episode each day will guarantee us to win every episode race. It is not a live event but controlled by King, it is decided by a timer and the other players are just recordings put in to give us some sense of urgency. I have never failed an episode race if I finished it on the same day I started.
It is also best to cap your play at one episode per day. I have found that if I play faster I find I do not get enough boosters from events and may have to spend some of my gold. I see that you have a healthy gold balance so you confirm to me that one episode per day is a good strategy to use!
The weekly race does have some glitches in it and for this event King also choose our opposition for us. So the players you think you are racing against are not actually racing against you. They will have other players on their weekly race boards. But King tend to match us up with players for this who play around as many levels as we do to keep it challenging for us. Click on the Contact Us and fill in all the fields. You will get an automated reply to begin with, you need to reply to that and explain the problem again. As they get so many emails you won't hear back for a few days or if at all, but it's certainly worth a try. Good luck š¤

It happened again. I play 15 levels everyday and been thankful I have won the episode race every time. I started this level on rank on the podium at 35 and after 15 more levels I should be at #50. I know Luke u said let it go, no big deal. But so many races I have only won by one , or lost first place by one. Can you contact King about this?
Hi @king260 As we are all players like yourself in the Community there is no-one here who can check your game or change anything. If you need anything like you have asked to be looked into you would need to contact King Player Support. But as that isn't an easy or quick process you might on this occasion find it easier just to let it go and move on. Good luck with your game and hope to hear from you again š

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.

not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
