no its just the start of the game with my portrait and the number it does not start on its own i have latest candy crush using laptop windows

If you live in one of the countries where the UFO Season is available, then is should appear automatically!
If you are using mobile device, ll you need to do is to make sure that you have the latest version of the game installed. your device has latest software and at least 2GB free space. All these will help to bring in the latest feature in the game!
