I am sorry to hear that you are stuck on a hard level!

Is it a legendary level? If so, all Legendary levels are hard and takes at least couple of special boosters!!

Can you please post a screenshot of the level - after you click on play and open the gameboard? We can see if you have the same level as in our game or not and see if we can come up with any tips.
