Hi team,
I had golds which I used for extra moves, the game got freezed and didn’t get the moves and the gold was deducted.
Please add back my 10 gold bars to my account.

But if you contact King Player Support explaining what has happened, they may be able to help you. When you scroll to the bottom of this page you should see
Click on the Contact Us and fill in all the fields. You will get an automated reply to start with which you will need to reply to explaining the problem again.
