Hopefully you still have the old phone, so try to play the trickiest levels on the old phone to use up those boosters. They won't transfer. You could also use those boosters on the old phone to fulfil orders for the gold chocolate box, which gives a gold reward. The gold will be added to your account, so gold bars do transfer between devices. If your have deleted the old phone there is probably nothing you can do about it now I am afraid.

Thank you for the feedback and The Gold Bars and Levels do sync across all platforms in all games, but the Boosters do not sync between devices.
