This has happened before but I have tried many times to send my receipt multiple times. This is my last attempt. I won’t be purchasing anything else

You need to ask Apple for a refund. The purchasing is linked to your Apple account. Have you tried this? King don't handle money transactions so you need to go into the Apple ID on your phone, right at the top where your name and picture is. Then "Media and purchases" and then into "purchase history" next. Click on a transaction you think was fraudulent and yuo can report it for a refund.
